Comments from the Visitors' Book
Beautiful, homely cottage in a beautiful beach town. Despite the weather, we had a great weekend away and made friends with a very friendly black cat. Would love to come back and will definitely recommend to others. Thank you.
Absolutely fab cottage – a home from home, loved your pictures, bed soo comfortable. Would love to return in the future.
We have spent a perfect week here! Location is perfect! The house had everything we needed – comfortable beds were a big bonus. Clean, tidy with the beach, shops and pub just a stone's throw away! Couldn't have asked for more. Totally chilled after our “girly week away”. Many thanks.
Considering I originally booked for a week but extended it to two weeks says it all: Lovely cottage, have had a most relaxing time. My brother joined me during the first week, and we had a great time sharing happy memories of this lovely village. They too agree that this cottage was a great choice, I will definitely look to stay here again when next visiting Aberdyfi. Thank you for making the cottage so welcoming for us.
We have thoroughly enjoyed our Christmas break in Aberdovey – very comfortable and cosy. Of the numerous walks to choose from in the area, we definitely recommend the “Roman Road” (Penhelig) and the Panoramic Walk – where there are fabulous views of the estuary and Happy Valley. Coast (deli and dining) is well worth a visit we had an excellent evening meal there on boxing day. Thank you.
Beautiful Cottage, beautiful weather! We love it here, thank you so much!
Wonderful and well-situated cottage. The patio is a super sun-trap, great for meals or coffee outdoors. Sad to leave, but we will definitely return.
We spent a great week in this lovely cottage, just tucked around the corner from the seafront. The cottage is cosy and comfortable, with a very well equipped modern galley kitchen and a good-sized living room for two with tasteful furnishings and comfortable sofas and everything you would need in a holiday cottage. We were there in October and it was lovely and warm. The cottage has a couple of bedrooms and a good-sized bathroom with powerful shower – a real bonus. If the weather had been warmer we would have enjoyed sitting out in the little courtyard.
An excellent cottage for a break in lovely Aberdovey, which has a lot to offer the walker or gentle stroller.
Charming comfortable cottage with all the modern conveniences you could want. Perfect location for walking along the coast, we really enjoyed the stunning views along the estuary on the 'Welsh Coastal Path'. Also only a short walk to the beach and near to some lovely ice creams, restaurants and pubs. (I recommend a visit to the Britannia Inn for a meal in the ‘Lookout Bar’ which is only a stone’s throw away from the cottage).
