Information on the Coronavirus (COVID-19) for guests.

Firstly, thank you for your support as we navigate through these unprecedented times.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) - Information for Guests

Due to the current situation and Government guidelines we are no longer accepting new bookings up to 10 July 2020.

Over the past few weeks, we have been allowing existing guests with upcoming holidays to move their bookings to a later date in the year or a date in 2021.

We are recommending this for all customers with upcoming holidays up to 10 July 2020.

Bookings up to the 10 July 2020

To defer your booking, please check the website for an alternative date, and email us with your booking reference number and new arrival date and we will transfer your booking for you.

If you transfer to a more expensive time of year any increase will be charged. If you choose a cheaper time of year, you will be refunded the difference.

Should you decide to transfer your holiday to the same dates in 2021, we will ensure any prices are frozen to reflect the price you would have paid this year.

If you have a balance payment due soon, don’t worry no further payment will be taken from your account.

Bookings after 10 July 2020

If travel restrictions continue during July, we will be able to defer your booking to new dates. Again, please don’t worry as no further payment will be taken from your account.

We hope you see that the above guidance is for the wider benefit of our society at this time.

We all feel strongly that this is the right thing to do and would be grateful for your support with this difficult decision.

As the situation is changing daily we continue to follow guidance from the Government and NHS.

‘Stay home’ isn’t an invitation that rests easily for one of Wales’ most popular holiday destinations – but no one can ignore the current realities that the Coronavirus threat is imposing on us all. The loss of one of our popular locals has very much ‘hit home’. We are isolated but not immune!
