Q. What are our office opening hours?

Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 09:30 - 16:30, and Saturday from 09:30 - 12:30.  The Office is closed on Sundays by you can still make a booking through our website 24/7 on our properties webpage: https://www.dyfi-cottages.co.uk/book-now


Q. Property Standards - How are our properties maintained? 

All our properties are inspected by Gwynedd Trading Standards and Visit Wales to ensure that they meet current safety and grading standards.  We work closely with our Holiday Home Owners on the cleanliness of their properties and the maintenance to try to ensure that all our cottages are of the highest quality.  Feedback from our customers is always important and all comments positive or negative are shared with our Home Owners.


Q. Pets - Are Dogs allowed in the properties?

Many of our properties are Dog-friendly, you will be able to see which of our cottages allows pets from the property's description.  

Registered assistance and guide dogs are allowed in every one of our properties, however, please let us know in advance so that we can inform our Home Owners.


Q, Is WiFi available during our stay?

Yes, currently all our properties have WiFI, however, please check the property's listing to ensure that the property you have selected has WiFi before you book.

There are occasions that WiFi may not be available through bad weather or with the internet provider having issues with their equipment. We will do everything in our power to ensure that WiFi is available where stated, however, on occasions, this might not be possible.


Q. What if I need support during our holiday?

Each property has its own manager who will be available to you should they be needed, their details are listed within the property's welcome pack and they will be happy to help in any way they can to ensure that your holiday goes well.
