Q. What are your opening hours?

Our opening hours are from Monday to Friday from 09:30 - 16:30, and Saturday from 09:30 - 12:30. We are closed on Sundays and bank holidays but you can still make a booking through our website 24/7 on our properties webpage at https://www.dyfi-cottages.co.uk/book-now


Q. Property Standards - How are the properties maintained? 

All our properties are inspected by Gwynedd Trading Standards and Visit Wales to ensure that they meet current safety and grading standards.  We work closely with our Holiday Home Owners on the cleanliness of their properties and the maintenance to try to ensure that all our cottages are of the highest quality.  Feedback from our customers is always important and all comments positive or negative are shared with our Home Owners.


Q. Pets - Are dogs allowed in the properties?

Many of our properties are dog-friendly, you will be able to see which of the cottages allow pets from the property's description.  Registered assistance and guide dogs are allowed in pet-friendly properties free of charge.


Q, Is WiFi available during our stay?

Most of the properties have WiFI, however, please check the property's listing to ensure that the property you have selected has WiFi before you book.

There are occasions that WiFi may not be available through bad weather or with the internet provider. The owners will do everything to ensure that WiFi is available where stated, however, on occasions, this might not be possible.


Q. What if I need support during my holiday?

Each property has its own manager who will be available to you if you need assistance during your stay. Their details are listed within the arrival letter and will be happy to help in any way they can to ensure that your holiday goes well.
