Enjoying a fantastic central location in the picturesque seaside village of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey), this fabulous property is just a few hundred metres from a golden sandy beach and a wide range of great restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops. Lying along the northern shores of the sparkling River Dyfi as it flows into Cardigan Bay, the village has its own championship golf course, plenty of quaint pastel-coloured houses, the Old Roman Road and charming Picnic Island. There’s also a variety of activities on offer including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing.
Entering this fresh and inviting townhouse the entrance hall leads you through and up a step into the elegant and welcoming dining room. With plenty of seating around a large table and offering fine sea views, the dining room is perfect for gathering together to enjoy a celebratory meal. The galley-style kitchen has a wide range of equipment including an under-counter oven and gas hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There’s also a handy ground-floor shower room complete with shower and WC. Stepping outside, there’s a small, gravelled yard to the rear where you can enjoy a morning coffee as you plan the day’s events. A free car parking pass is provided for use in the village’s pay and display car parks, the nearest being just 400 metres away, next to the beach.
