Stunning location in an elevated position in Aberdovey with unrivalled views of the tidal estuary and sea. From this lovely apartment enjoy a quiet location yet close to eateries, shops and activities, a 350-metre walk down to the village. Enjoy a stroll along the sandy beach, crabbing at the jetty and boat trips. Take a round of golf at the links 18-hole championship golf course, join the cycle routes and footpaths taking in the beautiful coast and majestic countryside. Bird watchers will enjoy a trip to the Ynys-Hir RSPB Reserve and train enthusiasts, the Talyllyn Steam Railway. Explore the range of pubs, café’s, restaurants and independent shops alongside the many events to join in. Whatever your interests it is all nearby, to relax and unwind or be active exploring Snowdonia National Park.

Walk across the bridge to the front door and into the hall, hang up your outdoor attire and start exploring this gorgeous apartment. Continue through to the lounge/diner with fabulous views from the picture window overlooking the estuary and sea. If you decide to eat in, with local produce purchased from the village, the kitchen is a lovely space to be creative and well equipped with all you need to prepare a meal with more lovely sea views from the windows. When ready walk through to the dining table, the perfect setting for everyone to gather round, enjoy the culinary delights and plan your holiday activities. After dinner, relax on the comfortable sofas, watch your favourites on the Smart TV and switch on the feature fire for cosy nights in. After a full day out, take a leisurely bath, or shower, in the lovely bathrooms. When ready for bed there are two bedrooms to choose from, both have been designed for a good night’s sleep, the double-size bedroom with sea views and en-suite shower and the comfortable twin. This is a perfect property to wake up in.

 Make the most of views from sunrise to sunset on the south-facing balcony with tables and chairs looking over the tree-tops down to the estuary, sea and beach. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times on the balcony as there is a steep drop. Private parking 35 metres from the property for one car outside the garage. The road leading up to the apartment is very steep. As well as the parking space by the garage, a parking permit/pass is provided for the car park at the beach if you prefer to use your car. Please note the property is an upper floor apartment accessed without stairs but with its own footbridge connecting it directly to street level.
