An appealing ground floor apartment for four set right at the heart of Aberdyfi, with amenities on the doorstep and Snowdonia nearby.

Immerse yourselves in everything Aberdyfi has to offer when you stay at this two-bedroom, ground-floor apartment for four guests, set right opposite the village’s beautiful sandy beach. Enjoy the ease of simply strolling a few metres to go for a swim, try water sports or bask in the sunshine. Take the children crabbing on the jetty or book a cruise out on the water to see if you can spot dolphins or seals. Head into Snowdonia too from here, as Aberdyfi nestles in the very south of the National Park. Discover its many beauty spots and historic sights. Take the children to family attractions such as King Arthur’s Labyrinth, with its magical caverns, 14.5 miles away at Corris.

Let yourselves into the apartment either via the shared entrance or by crossing your private terrace. Find the heart of the property is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where you can relax together after your busy days out, with the door open in warmer weather. Choose your evening’s viewing on the Smart TV or listen to your favourite tunes via the DAB Radio with Bluetooth. Prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner in the kitchen area on those occasions when you choose not to dine out. There is an an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster plus a washer/dryer in a cupboard in the hall. Take two steps up to an inner hall and then wander on through to the bedrooms. These include a king-size room and one twin. Enjoy a hot shower before bed in the shower room, where there is also a WC and handbasin.

Take your morning coffee out onto the front terrace and gaze out across the sand towards the sea. Relax out here too in the evening when the beach is quieter. There is no parking with this very central apartment, but it does come with one permit for the car park opposite.

Very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay ,like home from home already looking at dates to return .also outstanding customer service as I accidentally left my daughters dressing gown on the the back of the door ,returned within days .many thanks again and see you very soon

Mid-West Wales is a land full of green hills and clear seas. With the spine of the Cambrian Mountains to the east and the hidden coves of the Ceredigion coastline carving out marvellous openings all along the western shoreline, it’s a mecca for those who crave outstanding natural surroundings. There are also charming villages and quaint seaside towns dotted here and there, giving you the chance to try a regional delicacy or speak to some friendly locals.

A thriving harbour resort just within the Snowdonia National Park boundaries, Aberdovey, meaning river mouth, also lies inside Wales’ only UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, the Dyfi Biosphere. With Cader Idris looming in the distance, Aberdovey enjoys a complementary fusion of dense woodland and a golden beach where the River Dyfi meets Cardigan Bay.

Also near the River Dyfi are Pennal and Cwrt, two villages which lie on the River Sychan, which feeds the River Dyfi. Small in size but with natural grandeur, these villages have walks which provide magnificent vistas and if you’re lucky, you may even spot wild otters holding hands by the river’s edge.

Moving away from the river, you can follow the ‘Happy Valley’ which leads all the way to Tywyn. You’ll pass scenic splendour as the road twists and turns past the ‘Bearded Lake’. Tywyn is a beautiful seaside base for all types of excursions. Stroll the large, sandy beach or visit the Talyllyn Railway, that journeys deep into the hills.
