Equipped with a fridge/freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer, this room has ample drying space and benefits from an additional doorway leading out to an alleyway for easy access. The first flight of stairs reveals a handy shower room with a shower and WC and a separate WC to save any squabbles over bathroom queues. Three further steps lead up to the first floor where you will discover a marvellous living room that’s perfectly tailored to socialising with its comfortable sofas, TV, DVD, two SONOS Bluetooth speakers and seating in the bay windows. Prepare to watch your favourite films over a bowl of buttery popcorn, or simply sit down by the window and gaze out to sea. The first of the four bedrooms is also on this level, a pretty twin room with bedside storage and a small cupboard. The landing also features a rear door that is for emergency access only. Upstairs, the second floor reveals an elegant family bathroom with a bath, a WC and separate walk-in shower for a spot of pampering, and a double bedroom with useful storage and impressive views. Take care when ascending the next set of stairs due to the limited handrails, but the climb is well worth it when you reach the two remaining bedrooms at the top of the house. The first is a twin room with bedroom furniture, and the second is a double with a TV and storage.
There may not be a private outside space, but you are excellently located for the beach as well as Aberdovey’s array of amenities including a selection of shops and a public green immediately below the property, A permit is provided for one car to use in the nearby ‘Pay & display’ car parks.
